No-show policy

If an appointment is canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment by telephone, voicemail or e-mail, we do not charge the appointment. The reason for this is that we have the option to schedule someone else at the time that has become available.

But what if you do not cancel the appointment in time?

Then, regardless of the reason, 50% of the no-show rate will be charged.

What happens when you are not present without letting us know?

Then, regardless of the reason, the full no-show rate will be charged.

What happens when you miss multiple appointments?

If you miss several appointments, we will close your treatment.

The above no-show policy applies to all our consultations (video calls, location agreements, screening intakes, initial interviews, treatment agreements, research agreements, feedback meetings).

Grip Psychologen uses the current NZA rate for all no-show invoices.
