Patient satisfaction
Grip Psychologen's goal is to treat patients with the greatest possible satisfaction and to continuously improve our service. We very much value feedback on our organisation, our therapists and our treatments and therefore request patients to participate in a patient satisfaction survey. This survey consists of a short questionnaire (CQi) that you will receive by email after treatment. An average patient satisfaction score is derived from the survey every three months.
Our average patient satisfaction score according to the CQi in 2023: 8,8
This rating is based on a score of 1 (dissatisfied) to 10 (very satisfied). The score is based on 304 ratings.
Our patient satisfaction rate is based on the following topics: how the patient is treated (how you experienced contact with your therapist), shared decision making (to what extent you experienced participation during your treatment), and the execution of psychological treatment. These scales range from 1 (dissatisfied) to 10 (very satisfied). In 2022, our scores on these topics were as follows:
- How the patient is treated: 9,9/10
- Accessibility of the practitioner: 9,1/10
- Shared decision making: 9,6/10
- Execution of psychological treatment: 9,1/10
Grip Psychologen uses these results to coninuously optimise its care and procedures.
